| Welcome to the wonderful dining experience of Dodge City. This place truly amazes me. The Wife and I have gotten to the point that we don't even try to dine out in Dodge anymore. We just eat at home. When we go out of town or travel, we get such great service and food that we just save our money at home. Heck, even the fast food joints on the road are great compared to DC. |

| I met someone at a party here in CA that had just driven across country and ended up at Casey Cowtown. They got there late and the kitchen was closed. Hungry and tired they asked where else they could eat. Casey overheard them and found out that they were driving across country and were exhausted and hungry. He opened up the kitchen himself and cooked them up dinner. He kept the place open until they were done and actually sat down with them and called some hotels to get them a place to stay. They had such a good experience in Dodge and it was all due to Casey. I was really proud to hear my little hometown step up. I hope Casey can weed out the bad help because I know he has a heart that is very much in doing well. |

My partner Army Strong was waiting to pay also and saw a couple of the servers arguing and bitching at each other. Sounds like they need an attitude adjustment.

| You just can't get any good help, and you can't do it all yourself. Mike is a good guy, but he can't be everywhere at once. Maybe we should import some "illegal immigrants" to help out, but where would we find any of those???? |

| I think he's a good guy but the last couple of times we were there he stayed with us the whole time and we didn't have the chance to have the evening together we wanted or to eat w/o being rude. The food is awfully iffy too. Frankly, anyone who experienced the "old" Cowtown has to be disappointed in this one. |

| I've generally had good luck at Cowtown. Mary and I prefer it over any other restaurant in town, due to the good food and pretty good service. I can't think of the last time one of our orders got screwed-up... it must have been a long time ago. Mike typically keeps things moving along and the waitresses/waiters do an OK job for us. It's a good place to relax and kick-back. Irene, the seating hostess, is always pleasant and Mike himself usually stops by the table to see if everything is alright. I know he'll do a good job with his new project, Peppercorns. I think he's cleaning it good and getting it ready to re-open, though I don't know if the business will change names or not. At any rate, best of luck to Mike!

| My wife and I have been out there several times and had great service. One of the times we had a party of about 12 people and had excellent service. But last night and the time before that the service was lacking and the food got to the table and was not hot. Last night my prime rib and ribeye (which I did not order) was hot, but my potato and green beans were luke warm. My biggest problem with the Cowtown is the small drink glasses. It is like a kids glass and you are always having to ask for a refill or a pitcher.

| I love the Cowtown food. The times I have been there it was very good, and good service too. They did my wedding dinner and I had about 50 people and the service was right on. Mike Casey is good people too. I would much rather spend my money at Cowtown. ![]()
