I tend to agree with you. I've been up there several times and all the curbs and curves take up alot of area. I think one big parking lot would have been much better and less expensive. Cost and practicality have been the last thing on most of our commissioners' mind. After all, it's WND money and to most its money that's... easy come and easy go.

| Sorry, but Escalades would have difficulty parking in any of these spaces. They are incredibly small (maybe better for the "fast and furious" cars with the coffee can mufflers and spoilers for their non-rear-drive traction!).

| There's more ACTUAL parking there now than there was earlier. When cars would line up down the side of the road it made it damn near impossible to get anywhere. Also when those cars did park right next to the road it made it difficult for an ambulance to reach the fields without having to hop curbs and dodge trees incase of an emergency. The landscaping is key to a location. It makes you look better than other places so when people come to town to play they can say "wow, look what dodge has compared to our town." Do you know how many people come to Legends Ball Park and say how great of a complex it is? Do you know how easily Dodge could have said screw landscaping and make a complex that was landscaped as simple as Youth Complex or Thurow. Having a greened up area will make people feel more welcome. Think about your lawn for a second...do you have bushes and trees and other bells and whistles to try and spruce up your place a little more than your neighbor.

| I really don't have anything against landscaping, just the set up of the street with parking. Having a few 8-10 car parking areas v. 2-50+ areas for parking. How it is currently set up, there will be a greater chance for accidents as people back out directly into a narrow street. Maybe even making an extra wide street with perpendicular parking on both sides? Something different than what they have would be better.

| Once gas is like 10 bucks a gallon parking shouldn't be an issue. YOu can fit 3 or 4 bicycles in one parking spot...lol
