| That's seven and a half years too many. Me thinks his slip-ups won't be a appalling as Bush's (Iraq, economy, war on terror, etc., etc.)

| Nope, don't hate whites......don't hate men. But, women are half of the population.......how are we repesented by men? It's nice to see diversity; and I'm proud that my party is the one doing it.

| So.....how can men be represented by a woman? How can white people be represented by a black man? How can black men be represented by a white woman? Slippery slope there........ Also 88, I can see Iraq as a major slip up.......but exactly how is the war on terror his slip up? And the economy......it started to go downhill AFTER the Dems took over the purse strings. I would say both parties have equal blame there. Just my opinion.

You are correct in that no one party is without blame.........I do agree. I think there are people on the left who are worthless, and people on the right who are equally worthless.

I respect your opinion on the economy but I blame the decline primarily on the price of oil. I find it more than coincidental that Bush, Cheney, et al are oilmen and the price of oil skyrocketed after the election. I ain't buying the Chinese environmental Democrats are to blame for the price increase.

| I blame the market for the increase. The oil companies do not set the price of oil, Wall Street does. Now, they do not mind the prices.....b ut they do not control them. As for Bush and Cheney having ties to oil............you might also want to check how many other politicians have ties also. Again, as far as Iraq is concerned, that will either eventually show Bush's admin as doing the right thing, or the worst thing. Right now it is hard for me to say. The war on terrorism, though, I do not feel is Bush's fault or something he screwed up. They declared "war" on us long before he took office. It took 9/11 for us to figure out they meant business. He may have made some bad decisions and mistakes on certain stratagies....but I do not think he is to blame FOR the war. Just an opinion is all.
