Tee,

Any word yet? And if you do sue, make it a class action lawsuit. Get all those people that got turned away from that line in on it. No sense in making them pay a little when they can pay a lot!

Take camera and take the pic's of the mess...send to health dept, CDC, mayor, guv, and anyone else you can think of..

You should not be exposed to human excrement in a public bathroom....

NASTY!!!!

Try sending something to Lou Dobbs Tee....he is an advocate for American Citizens. Not that it does him any good, but its worth a try.

Wow! That's unbelievable! I love to go to Target - mostly because it's closer to our neighborhood - and farther away from the unwashed masses. But I haven't stepped foot in a Walmart in quite a while - haven't actually counted how long. For a while, it was all the rage to get your prescriptions filled there because it only cost $3. Then the Walgreen down the street started doing that and even filing your insurance - not a lot of need to go out of a 1-mile radius except to work. I absolutely won't go to a restroom in any Walmart. I figure if the store is dirty and the shoppers aren't any cleaner, that the bathrooms are probably a mess as well. Tee, I hope you can get something done. Send photos and short videos to everybody you can think of. It would only take one well-placed to get some attention!

I'm thinking a class action lawuit is a great idea. Hurt them the only way that they might learn something, by cutting into their bottom line.

On Wednesday, the 2nd, I went to Wallsworld to get my fishing license. I hope they taped it.

I was at the Sporting goods counter at 4:30. I waited, and waited, and waited a bit more. Finally I went to the electronics and asked if there was anyone working the sporting goods. It was 4:45. I watched as they called for someone over the intercom. I went back to the counter and waited...and waited...and waited. There were now four other people waitinf with me. Again I heard someone call over the intercom. It was now about 5:00.
I went up to the front and asked for a manager. (I was just getting off work so i was still in my uniform). The lady asked me what the problem was. I told her I had been waiting for 30 minutes to get a fishing license. Unless a manager immediately replied to me, all hell was going to break lose. The lady made a call and told me a manager would be waiting for me at the sporting section.
I went back, did not see any manager but there was some lady who obviously works there but was off duty, on the phone. There were now more people waiting. Suddenly, from the back room, comes some guy, about 20, laughing, to the counter. It was 5:15.
He asked who was first and everybody pointed to me. With a big smile he asked if I had waited long. I said only about 45 minutes. I was not smiling, but he was. I kid you not, he said, while still smiling, "Thats not to bad I guess." You could hear the air rush past the counter as a collective breath from 5 pissed off people was let out.
He asked me what I needed. Well......if anybody has seen "Planes, Trains and Automobiles" hopefully they can remember the scene with Steve Martin at the car rental check out counter. It played in my head as I answered this young man. This is what I told him:
"I want a ++++ing fishing license. Right ++++ing now. I also want you to wipe that ++++ing smile off of your ++++ing face."
The quiet milliseconds that followed were priceless as he stared at me. The stunned look on everybody else's faces was also priceless. I think the uniform and bald head helped. "Yesss sir" was his reply as he worked rather quickly to get my license. The giggles from some of the other people waiting was rather gratifying and I had a hard time keeping a straight face, but I did (the sunglasses helped). I appologized to the lady next to me for the language and she said "++++ him".

It is the small things that make me laugh.

I would have paid for your purchase if I could have just been there to see that.
