I like the idea of getting a petition for better service started to send to Bentonville. I think one large community voice would stand out more than a few scattered individual phone calls or letters. I, for one, would sign it.

Better yet, send Bentonville copies of your receipts... from Dillons, Orschelmans, TrueValue, Penneys and Dollar General.

Yes but considering the DC population is 70% Hispanic and Walmart is taking in those C Notes from that 70% they can afford a few disgruntled customers going somewhere else. It's cheaper to lose a few customers than to pay a lot more to hire better help and such.

Maybe we should picket the place with signs like "Racisim Allowed Here" "Mexican ONLY Pies" (from "Life" the movie) or "No Whites Allowed". I bet a couple of news broadcasts featuring picketers against racism would get their attention too.

Dutch, at 7:00 pm i can see going to crapmart to get a license but 4:30 in the afternoon CINNAMON RIVER OUTDOORS is still open where you can KNOWLEGEABLE service by someone who uses the products they sell. the only reason it would more that a few moments to get waited on is if some one was ahead of u. and our prices are in line with mart plus the quality is better.

I had a similar experience trying to get my fishing license there a couple of weeks ago. The guy that finally helped us was older, and not very polite. I noticed too that the service in the photo dept. is really terrible. There is one lady in particular, (she is white) who is appallingly rude.

I can also relate to the Mexican population cutting you off. Occassionally I enjoy going to yard sales in decent areas of town. Everything is fine until 3 or 4 o'clock when the shifts change at the packing houses. Then watch out; all hell breaks loose. They will literally cut you off, leaving their vehicle doors open, and run to the sale. They also drive recklessly through the nice neighborhoods where they otherwise wouldn't frequent.

The DCPD needs to be out and looking for traffic violators in residential areas on Friday and Saturdays. Someone is going to get hurt.
