| If there is something "fishy" about this group I guess I just don't see it. If there is I'm hopeful the State will smell it. I think their interest and concerns rests in the potential of making big dollars at southwest Kansans expense. Most likely the same interest that Butler National holds. Both enterprises are out to make money. Granted, Butler has local people involved and it's easier for them to say they are concerned about Dodge because it's their community also. Which is a valid point...But I'd be willing to bet....the bottom line is about making money and concern, if the truth be told, comes in at a distant second. If it were my decision to make I'd have to go with Butler National in hopes that the local individuals involved would come through for thier community. After all, if someone is going to be making money it might as well be my neighbor.

| Clueless. Two questions. 1 - For the good of Dodge City and South West Kansas, will you as a person support Dodge City Resort & Gaming, "IF" they should be selected to build and operate a Casino in Dodge City? 2 - As public information, will your company, Butler National, supply name and percentage of ownership? According to information that you can look up on the internet, Dodge City Resort & Gaming has listed. Principals/Owners: Members of the Long Branch Gaming Company,LLC (15%), is the development manager; Ingenus Management and Consulting , LLC (15%), is a professional casino management company; Lawrence Steckline Revocable Trust (8%); BDW Investments, LLC (8%); Vosburgh Properties, LP (8%); Brad Murray Revocable Trust (4%); Carol Murray Revocable Trust (4%); John Murray (8%); Lies Investments LP, (8%); Dana Lies Revocable Trust (8%); Jay Maxwell Trust (6%); Kenneth Mimmack (2%), who is the CEO of Ingenus Management; Christopher Joseph (3%); Stephen Joseph (3%); Attorney Stephen Joseph (Wichita) is the President of applicant. David Wirshing, the COO of Ingenus, intends to acquire an equity interest in the applicant. Kathy J. Reiner, theCFO of Ingenus as well as the applicant's Treasure, will be aquiring a 2% equity interest in applicant within a few days. It appears to me that Dodge City Resort & Gaming is being very up front with all information. You stated," they're far from having local interest, or concerns". If that is the case, WHY, was the average person from Dodge City not given a chance to invest in this operation. I would have invested my Economic Stimulus Payment to make Dodge City grow. |

| Olathe, KS Butler National Neither casino applicant is actually 'local' -- that Butler National and Dodge City Gaming both have local lobbyist groups is true. That Butler National has the local CFAB Chair listed as their real estate agent is a true conflict of interest, but counts as 'local' in some form I guess. I think of Wichita as more local than Olathe, but what's a few hundred miles. Butler National is a stock owned company, so their share holders, if ever listed, might be from China -- or maybe local politicans, too ? (Given their low value, buying them outright would be possible by 'locals' I guess. Just a few million dollars and that casino application could be owned by you or me.... ) No way to know who owns Butler, actually. There is nothing more local about one than the other. That's a fact. And both are equally Kansas operated. The July 31st public comment Dodge City meeting might bring up some issues about one or the other, issues that could cause long legal delays. And delay is one issue that the state of Kansas may want to avoid. We'll see. |

I favor one because of my long working relationship and knowledge of their character and commitment to the community. They haven't made a lot of promises - they've made statements of what they intend to do and followed through. Evidenced mostly by buying their land. 2) First, they are not my company - I'm not employed by them and if they are successful in being chosen, I will not be involved with the Casino in any way. As far as I know, Butler National owns 100% of all assets that are involved with the casino proposal. On July 31 I believe they will provide exact detail of capital and debt financing of the casino project. I don't mean this to sound wrong - but, both groups have been very upfront with ownership information. DCRG listed their owners above, and Butler listed themselves. Re: local investment - I'd have invested too - but it's multi-millions of dollars and way out my range. However, Butler National is a public company and shares can be purchased by anyone. So, from that viewpoint I guess everyone can risk an investment in their proposal.

| Thanks Clueless; I do appreciate your answers. First off I will admit that I made a mistake when I implied using “will your company”. I know that is wrong. It should have been, the company that you support. Sorry about that. One thing that I do not understand, you stated, “As far as I know, Butler National owns 100% of all assets that are involved with the casino proposal”. If that is the case, How do we have Local People involved. Will Butler, construct the Casino plus operate the same? Was this term, Local People used to get the Casino off the ground? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Butler National's Contract To Manage Casino Approved and Forwarded by Kansas Lottery Commission to Lottery Gaming Facility Review Board OLATHE, Kan., May 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Butler National Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: BUKS) announces its wholly owned subsidiary, Butler National Service Corporation, a recognized provider of professional management services in the gaming industry, received approval from the Kansas Lottery Commission of its management proposal and contract for the Southwest Gaming Zone. The Lottery Commission directed the Executive Director of the Kansas Lottery, on behalf of the State of Kansas, to forward the Management Contract with Butler National Service Corporation to the Lottery Gaming Facility Review Board. Butler National is one of two applicants proposing to manage the Ford County/Southwest Gaming Zone Casino forwarded to the Review Board. The Contract does not become effective until approved by the Lottery Gaming Facility Review Board and the Kansas Racing and Gaming Commission. This approval could be in December 2008. The Boot Hill Casino and Resort plan is to have 800 slot machines and 20 table games. The plan includes a 124-room luxury hotel, a spa, restaurants, and a 500 seat conference center/entertainment venue implemented in a phased approach. The estimated project cost is $92.9 million. The estimated average net machine income per day is $180. The estimated average net table income per unit per day is $671. The State of Kansas will receive 27% of the gaming revenue with additional incentives based on casino performance. "We are excited to move to the next step in this process. The Lottery Gaming Facility Review Board must now make important decisions for the future of Kansas. We are convinced that Butler National Service Corporation is the best applicant to manage a destination casino known as the Boot Hill Casino and Resort in the Southwest Gaming Zone. We understand the needs of western Kansas. As the destination casino manager, we will best serve the interests of Dodge City, Wild West Country and the state of Kansas," commented Clark D. Stewart, President and CEO. Our Business: Butler National Corporation operates in the Aerospace and Services business segments. The Aerospace segment focuses on the manufacturing of support systems for "Classic" commercial and military aircraft including the Butler National TSD for the Boeing 737 and 747 Classic aircraft, switching equipment for Boeing/Douglas Aircraft, weapon control systems for Boeing Helicopter and performance enhancement structural modifications for Learjet, Cessna, Dassault and Hawker/Beechcraft business aircraft. Forward-Looking Information: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ There is no assurance that Butler National will be awarded a contract to manage a state-owned facility. | Thanks for the link. I have been too lazy to find it myself and since they are Olathe-based, I was curious. The street address they use is odd to me. I think that's a residential area, but I could be dead-wrong. I see a lot of aircraft work on the site. It looks like they do more than just invest in gaming. I don't really know what that means, it's just a fact. Just makes me wonder how this group would be better than another, really. Dodge has a lot of decisions to make. Help your leaders make good ones!
