The New Wyatt Earp Won't Last Long

In Hays a drip system is used for conservation purposes. And yes, it does soften up the appearance somewhat. But some of the locals point out that it is contrary to our efforts to find more water sources.

What frustrates me about this whole situation is the fact that we have seen nothing done with Wyatt Earp since it was ""Finished"" until the last two weeks. Lets wait until we have our biggest crowds in town to block off traffic to ""finish" the landscaping. Come on lets get it together. Another fine example of lack of planning.

Thats just the "City of Dodge City way" happens every year. many people wouldn't know what to do during Dodge City Days if there wasn't construction going on some where.
