If it's over seas it's not worth the risk. Even if it's not a risk you are negating any legal recourse you may have through US sources if you send them your money.

If it sounds too good to be true then it likely is.

I hate to slow you down, but you really have to get a grip. If someone promises you a return that is out sight - believe me, they'll be out of sight as soon as they get your money. Just think how well they could do if we all sent $10.00.

But, life's like that and I don't want you to flunk the first test. Someone is out there to separate you from your money - they're everywhere. Learn now that you can't take the easy way into anything - investment, love, daily decisions, on-and-on.

I hear ya. I've got my fair share of stocks bonds, and retirement accounts. if I really thought this worked, I'd have sent money in without asking around first. And I know there are plenty of people that do that. With things like this you never know, but you should always be cautious with people asking for your money.
