I just heard from a friend of mine who lived with me right before I sold the mobile home and this person lived with me for a short time in my new home after I sold my other home. He had actual dates, as events took place at that time, I knew he would that is why I called him. He lived with me in my mobile home the end of 96. Shortly after he moved out I sold my home and he stated that was the start of 97. He then again moved in with me again in 1998 at my new home. I lived there two years and then moved in with my mother. SOOOOOO I did not live in my home in 97, 98 or 99!!! I would have sold it in early 97!
I will keep you all posted.
I do want to say Ellen at the Appraisals office was very helpful to me. Thank you Ellen if you read DB.
Keep it simple.....
In the beginning of a change the patriot is a scarce man, and brave, and hated and scorned. When his cause succeeds, the timid join him, for then it costs nothing to be a patriot.
- Mark Twain Notebook, 1904
"A society which chooses to wage war against its police shall be forced to make peace with its criminals."
I hope you get this all figured out. Ellen is very helpful and will do you right.

The problem with the financial crisis is....
none of the people working on it have a financial crisis.
I don't need to say this more than 1 time
Yes, it appears to be a transfer of title issue. Probably happens more often than we think. I do have an issue with blaming the CITY. It is the Ford County administration that handles tags, titles and taxes. I know it is convenient to say Dodge City, but no one in the city administration has anything to do with this type of problem.
I don't know what it is or who is to blame ect....all I do know this caused me a huge inconveinance.
Keep it simple.....
