Earp Construction: Dirt or Pavement?

Has anyone heard if the new Wyatt Earp street project will use pavement on the street, or dirt? Or, will they go with pavement first, then rip it up a few years later and go with dirt?

Looking into the crystal ball...

The taxpayers that are helping fund this will assume it will be pavement, since they have seen picures of other streets and they are pavement. However, since there are so many paved streets in the area, the organizers will make Wyatt Earp dirt. Jetmore will get wind of this, and after a year of less than spectacular driving on Wyatt Earp, they will make a street north of town out of pavement, hoping to entice people there. But, have no fear, Dodge will buckle and fold in and turn one of the best dirt roads in the midwest into pavement to satisfy the few people that thought it was going to be paved in the first place.

I thought they were going to go with Cobble stones?? It wouldn't be any bumpier than it is now.
