| It looks gross. I saw this on Food Network a while back (Thanksgiving Unwrapped, I think). My first impression was "Eew" and while I might try it if someone else made it and asked me to try it, I certainly don't think I'd make this for me and mine. But, hey, to each their own! |

Another thing that's not really all that good is foei gras. Hubby thinks it's good and what's even worse is that he wants to serve it everytime we invite guests to dinner. Now, I'm a hillbilly and really don't see a lot of redeeming qualities in goose liver pate. I'd rather eat sausage with my crackers. But hubby was raised with some "taste" and has to show it!!!!So, we buy foie gras and inevitably throw most of it away. I really think both foei gras and turducken belong in the same food category: uck!
