| How assanine. Now we're talking about clogging the courts. Did somebody take money under the table for this?

| When I lived in San Diego, 1986-88, there was a big brew-ha-ha about a cross on Coronado Island. It was about the same size as ours is here and there was a suit filed to have it removed, even though it was on private land, because of it's size. Apparently it could be seen from everywhere and some guy felt it infringed on his rights. Don't know what happened with that suit. I keep waiting for some athiest group to have ours taken down.
