| Once the rape charges are filed - it's pretty much sewn up for a cop. I was holdin out hope for the fella but DNA don't lie - Is there DNA that goes with this rape charge? Are they getting the "rape" from fondeling charges?

| That is really sick - I thought the 12 yo was a non relative - jesus - it was his daughter??!!!!........ so what the part about a 12 yo that is missing (like on the run) in this case?........ did I read that wrong?

| My 'guess' is that Mother and Daughter got the hell away and they don't really want to have anything more to do with him.... including testifying.
