| Looks like a standard zoning issue. My next door neighbor was trying to sell his house to an outfit that was going to use it for assisted living for seniors. I got notice of a hearing for a zoning variance but the hearing was canceled because the deal failed. From the article, the director of the group home attempted to bypass the process and got called on it. He was wrong regardless of who they were going to put into the home.
