Senate passes immigration bill

Looks like the democrats are showing their true colors again. I was actually thinking about a switch until I saw the results.

39 democrats for amnesty and 4 against. Lets make no mistake this is amnesty and will never pass the house.

For those law breakers that have been here 5 years or more they get a slap on the wrist of a three thousand dollar fine. For those law breakers that have been here 2-5 years they must tag the boarder and return and pay the fine. Those law breakers that have been here less than 2 years go back.

The problem here is employers aren't about to say whose been here less than 2 years. They simply claim that they have been here more than 5 years and they stay. They are undocumented, so who can contest how long they have been here?

These politicians seem to think its all about money. Fine'm tax'm and call'm good Americans.

I hope the house doesn't cave in to the same selfish agenda.

I liked the concept of only having to pay taxes for 3 of the last 5 years..... Does that apply to us US'ers, too?
