Sounds about right, since we don't have a M&Ms factory in Dodge.

That being the case, all of the stoplights in Dodge are at busy intersections and searching them would be dangerous....unless it was at a stoplight at a crosswalk...like a school crossing as those lights anchor into the adjacent sidewalks whcih would be safe to check.....hmm...a school crosswalk would be the logical place to hide it since school is out and it is public property. Hasn't the last three or so medallions been hidden at or near a school? The only school at or near Hyway 50 is the highschool.... hmm.. cars do go fast there... not sure if that is near a famous trail but historical trails are all over Dodge....

Famous trail = hyway 50(Santa Fe Trail) which does split(see clue 7-27-2206) its just the north split(bypass) doesn't follow the Santa Fe Trail.

I can't see them wanting people roaming around near the construction at 14th and 50

Another theory.

Looking over the latest clue They come in the colors of red, yellow and green. I got to thinking. They come in colors of red, yellow and green sounds more like a fire hydrant than a stoplight.

If you drive around town you'll find they(hydrants) are capped in either red and yellow or green and yellow I guess depending on the location or type.

There's just something about the way this clue is worded that makes me think it could be a reference to a hydrant. It say "The come in the colors" that makes me think not all are the same colors.

good thinking.....also, tulups and many other flowers, trees and shrubs. Another thought... Most street signs are either yellow, red or green.

Once again I finding myself loosing interest as the clues make less and less sense. You would think by now the clues would be narrowing it down or have some sort of pattern.

At this point I have no idea where to look that I haven't covered twice already. And by the looks of things I haven't been the only one. Every rock had been turned over.
