| Thanks Mike! I don't know anybody at the globe, I had thought that it was checked on often. I guess I figured that it could be spotted from a distance through binoculars and that is how he would check it. Then all he would have to do is go to a dozen or so locations and look through his binoculars then nobody would know where it is.

| I didn't look for it, and don't know whofound it or where, but my guess is that it was around the old fire station on south second. The clue about "them coming in red yellow or and green" struck me as fire trucks, not traffic lights. We'll see in the morning. |

| Medallion was found on ave P by the highway 50 bypass. It was found MONDAY!!! TURNED IN WEDNESDAY by Nick and Rosy Perez by luck when they turned on ave P to go home. "It was funny seeing people still searching for it, knowing that we had it," Rosy Perez said. I'll give you Ed's explanation of the clues. 7-24-2006 CLUE: This nearby trail has history and fame Highway 50 and the Santa Fe Trail 7-25-2006 CLUE: Cars near here sometimes go fast Highway 50 7-26-2006 CLUE: The grass is not that short here. The grass had not been mowed "WHEN HE HID IT" 7-27-2006 CLUE: The trail takes two paths, which one do we follow? Highway 50 splits 7-28-2006 CLUE: What does Carson City, Nevada and Dodge City have in common? Highway 50 7-29-2006 CLUE: You can find them all over town Fire hydrant 7-31-2006 CLUE: They come in the colors of red, yellow and green. | Well I'm not going to rag on the Globe for the hunt because I think hey, it's their game, it's their rules, but I will add my thoughts. Had I kept to my thoughts I might have had a better chance to find it. My idea was it was on the bypass and I did some looking but the references to water got me sidetracked. I do think the clues about a "Public service" and the P in Pioneers was a bit off. I for one have never considered a fire hydrant as a public service. I'm sure If I were to make myself at home with one I'd get in trouble. I also think the P in pioneers as a reference to ave P was something nobody could have possibly figured out. And since it was the only clue giving any kind of location less than 4 miles in either direction it should have been a bit more apparent.
