Can't really blame him. After seeing the new smoking ban in Garden City it should scare the H*ll out of bar owners.

Pete Meersman referred to it as "writing on the wall" and I'd bet for most small pubs such as the DO the writing says GOING OUT OF BUSINESS.

The people that think CHOICE is not an American right should be patting themselves on the back about now. Not only have they managed to strike a major blow to smokers choice but a minor blow to those filthy drinkers. Guess who's next in line!

It sucks that another downtown buisness will have to bite the dust, personally I wish our downtown was the "social center" of town. Instead of being filled with crap like lawyers offices and insurence companies. So it sucks that a buisness that people can go to and enjoy down there is leaving.
