what simple minded people! meade residents ought to greatful that some one is doing something with the lakeway, instead of just let it sit empty, even if they are outsiders. and how many places do they have to eat there?? pizza hut and the truck stop?? yum! i just think they ought to lighten up and get off the farm every once in a while.

I gotta agree miskitka! They should be happy that someone opened that old place. Not alot of draw there for businesses to locate in Meade. And as far as hanging your panties on the flagpole, that's a great idea!! (By the way, where do you live? )

Silly me, and I always thought respecting your family (and honoring your 12-year-old son) was a Family Value.

Personally I find it immature and old fashioned. I will never understand why people think they can judge anyone elses way of life...especially who they choose to sleep with. We (the hubby and I) have already decided that we are going there for lunch this weekend. I suggest anyone else that wants to actually support these people do the same. I also hear that MTV is supposed to be there sometime, though I didnt catch WHEN.

People's ideas of words and symbols change often. Gay used to mean happy. Later the rainbow, a symbol of God's promise, was a gay symbol. Now apparently it means hate to the Meadites. Its a sad world.
