One of my favorite Females.......RIP
Ann was the greatest - not for her politics but for her strides made in a life well lived. When she lost the Gov race to GW - she had a 60% approval rating - just didn't pull in the votes....RIP Ann - Texas is sur gonna miss ya!!

An often overlooked fact is she lost the governorship to George Bush by opposing concealed carry it Texas, putting Bush on the road to the White House. Our governor in Kansas didn’t pay attention.

RIP Ms. Richards.

She also bought the first Lottery ticket in 1992 - when we got the Lottery. She truely was a gifted speaker and a woman that just "got er done" in an all boys club!! Sad day for Texas!
