My point exactly. Whats next? Will anybody really be safer if D.U.I.'s have funny colored plates? I mean will the pastel plate sharpen the senses of the offender when plastered at the wheel? Or will we, the innocent collision victims be able to avoid a serious accident due to seeing the funny colored plate before impact and some how swerve and escape? If the state has such power, then why not the chi-mo's and other sex offenders? They deserve the funny colored plate more...MUD says.

Heck if they had colored plates they would get their own private lane too. No one would wanna drive next to them and pretty soon they would have theri own DUI lane............I'm not nice enough to give them all that. They would get to where they're goin long before me........then I would have to stop by the bar so I too could get a DUI plate cause I wanna get that same opportunity......LOL........ nawww colored plates don't sound too good to me. Besides what happens at 2am.....does the cop follow a regular plate or a colored plate????.............LMAO.......Good idea gone terribly bad.....

About a year ago here in Ohio they started issuing "party plates" that are a real easy to see ugly yellowish orange for like first offence DUI where they are only allowed to drive directly to and from work only and the cops do take a special intrest in them! I noticed one of the plates on a car just down the alley from me in the rear entrance parking lot of a bar but then the guy who has the party plates also happens to live in an apt. over the bar!
