There's no basis for that suppostion but if it makes you feel better. Especially given the major terrorist's organization mode of sensational attacks.

What is known is during Bush watch is that 3000+ people died in NY, Va, and PA on one day and that over 3000+ US service members are dead in a misbegotten attempt to take over an oil field. One day when you can do it without fear of repercussion you're going to have to explain to me why that last one is a good thing.
