Jury Rules Against Woman in Genital Gluing

A Westmoreland County jury on Friday ordered a woman to pay $46,200 to her ex-boyfriend for gluing his genitals to his abdomen.

Jurors found in favor of Kenneth Slaby of Pittsburgh in his civil case against Gail O'Toole of Murrysville after three days of testimony and ordered the payment for pain, suffering and emotional distress, according to television station KDKA.

"For all the pain and suffering I've been through, and the embarrassment, I don't think it's enough," Slaby told reporters after the verdict.

Slaby's lawsuit said the two broke up in 1999 after dating for 10 months, and he began dating someone else. After he broke up with his other girlfriend, Slaby said, O'Toole invited him over to her home on May 7, 2000, where he fell asleep.

He said he woke up to find that O'Toole had used Super Glue to stick his genitals to his abdomen, glued his buttocks together and spelled out a profanity on his back in nail polish.

Slaby said O'Toole told him that her actions were payback for their breakup, and he had to walk a mile to a gas station to call for help. He pressed charges and O'Toole pleaded guilty to misdemeanor assault and spent six months on probation.

But O'Toole's attorney contended that the incident was nothing more than part of the couple's adventurous, consensual sex.

They shoulda thrown the book at her - Adventurous sex my ass....... I wouldnt' consider that adventurous sex and I've been on a few "trips" to say the least. She probably wore the high top "school marm" white shirt and the below the knee black skirt for trial - with her hair in a 1/2 ponytail and no makeup.

Course there are far more men rapin women than women gluin men but they are all equally sick.

Geez, I kinda giggled at this one and thought the guy prolly was too dumb to see what was comin'. After all, she didn't cause irreparable harm to his toys, just put him through some pain, discomfort and embarrassment. And probably some cold if he had to walk a whole mile like that!

But after I read TK's note, I thought again. At first blush, I would have held this lady's coat for her. But, thinking clearly, it's probably not a good idea to do something you'll regret later. I was kinda havin' fun with that little devil on my shoulder, TK!!! But I have to agree with ya, TK, she does need some help. Prolly would have been better for the judge to have seen that than to fine her $46,000. Now she won't be able to afford the help she needs.

I did the same thing.....the "woman devil" was just gigglin.....then I thought about how men usually view themselves when something like this happens to them. They are at a loss (to say the least) and super glue often requires skin grafting - it's a really nasty thing to do. I heard of many women slipping the wedding band on the penis....now ya know the guy has to be Passed out / drugged for that kinds nonsense. That often requires amputation. After the giggles I had, the nurse side, mommie side and the need for fair play became clear. - I thought how would I feel if that had been either of my boys??
