| i must respectfully disagree with you. On the contrary, i see that that is why America is great. The people can disagree with their president openly. The people can poke fun. If we can't laugh at ourselves....you know the rest. I refuse to believe that the iraqis who fight us use comedy central as a way to fuel their fire. It's ludacris. The reason they're so damn crazy is because they are so damn crazy. They've been fighting wars for hundreds of years. It's what they do. You'd be pissed off all the time if you lived in a damn desert. During vietnam i'm sure things weren't reported as much (meaning how over played) as things are now. I seriously doubt those vietnamese soldiers watched a t.v. program that showed dan rather (or whoever) reporting on hippies in san fran doin whatever. If ANYTHING, that whole make love not war harmed moral of our troops (who didnt want to be there either) but not boosting the enemy. Vietnam was bad, there were those who spit on the soldiers coming home, that don't fly right. my point; i believe you can support our troops, and still not like a president.

| if thats the case they're being lied to and its unfair to say that that was the video's fault...they could edit anything and make it sound bad for propaganda purposes.

| All they need for propoganda is a tape of Bush talking and play it. When someone else creates it then it's funny. When W does it to himself it's just sad.

| It's coming! "That's my Bush." Anyone see the series before 9-11 put it in the can? My favorite was the time someone took a shot at W and he immediately outlawed all guns in America. Then Chaleton Hesston showed up at the White House door to kick W's ass. Or when W accidentally took ecstasy and gooned out on national TV. ![]() |

| They can and they do. Even our news broadcasts. In previous wars even the news was filtered for this reason. I enjoyed the movie Wag the Dog but a lot of folks in the Klinton camp claimed it interfered with his ability to go after OBL. Giving up a few laughs is a small price to pay during war time.
