Same goes to you as far as smoking, you don't have to enter a building that allows smoking. You have the right to walk right on by, or to go in and not bitch about the smoke.

Often times a person who is unable to really support his warped opinion of something will start a persoanl attack.

Some on the other hand, have resigned themselves to "dismissing" others opinion as being invalid - it allows them to play the shell game of not actually having to face the confrontation. It's actually a well proven stratagy that works. It's kinda like saying - since I don't believe you it can't be right and if it's not right then you and your opinion are of no value to me. The process of devaluing one's opponent is a tool used by many head gamers. Some think they are really good at it, some are just really arrogant SOB's, either way it's an insecure person that feels that by invalidating someone elses opinion they in turn gain strength. That they are somehow superior - ........... truth is everyone really knows the truth even the jokester. There are always gonna be jerks and there are always gonna be those who don't think they are being jerks then cry foul when someone calls them out. They are usually the whinners. Tryin to get folks like that to middle ground is a monumental effort that brings them joy just to watch. They know they don't care bout you and wonder why you are so dumb as to try to match wits with them. It's entertainment to them. They aren't smart, they aren't that well informed and their world is all about them - none about you. They don't share well and don't play well with others. In essesense - whineners. You are never gonna change them - why even try? Thier only pleasure is picking people apart piece by piece. I'm sure they have folks that they have brainwashed into thinking they really are what they wanna be................ but I'm with you Hiway and Bubba - step up, have a conversation not a confrontation or STFU!!.........

Yes and no, he signed a bill about border security, but I understand the wording of the bill was such that the fence may never be built. That is ok, just send your donations to the minutemen, they are building a fence where the government won't take care of business.

I watched as much of his show in KC as I could stomach. All he did was have the right people planted in the audience to ask questions that he had rehearsed response's for...all to sell his book. The things he says basically play on the fears of people. Jobs going overseas, healthcare, etc etc yadda yadda yadda. One story was about a guy that worked at Ford with his dad. He just expected to work there for the rest of his life and now he's finding out that his factory is being closed. That's what happens when you pay someone 28$ an hour to turn a bolt on an assembly line....He wonders WHY the jobs are going overseas? In this case I'm not sure the jobs are going anywhere but away because Ford is getting their ass handed to them by Toyota and Honda. Maybe they should look at those companies business plan and try that out. The first thing they should do is make a good product.....When you have an inferior product it's only a matter of time before you go under.....

HEY! Ford products are OK. Well, their trucks are OK. 'Cept when they eat gas or refuse to shift out of 4WD. I'd just rather drive my VW cept when it snows.
