I'm not afraid to listen to National Public Radio and even enjoy lots of their music programming. On their political side, I just meter them.

On the "Stay the course" vs. dumb soldiers meter; i'd say "Stay the course" got 7 times more discussion compared to today's defense of skerry... which has been (mostly) skerry quotes and audio. This hour's news segment played skerry audio saying (President) Bush didn't do his homework on the war AND they included a skerry reference to mishandling of the Katrina effort.

I think I would like to see Army and sKerry locked in a little room for about 15 minutes......no holds barred.......may the best man win!!!!!!

Not a good idea Signal 7. sKerry would write it up as a blow-by-blow report and then skerry's purple heart count would jump from 3 to 30.

I have a friend that says all women are only a 6-pack and a suggestion away from thier first lesbian experience...

If it were true I'd buy lots of stock in Anheiser Bush.

I'm just an old recruiter guy...and I'm non violent. I would like to mess up his hair and tell him what I think of him. I WOULD like to however have him spend a day or two with the soldiers in iraq that are filled with tactical knowledge, common sense, duty and selfless service...maybe riding in Iraq in a Bradley on patrol......

AND...FWIW....The Armed forces is a cross section of America. (out of dodge will argue this point as he does most points) but we recruit kids that are not in line to head to Harvard but we also recruit very bright and gifted young people. (What do you think it takes mentally to be an Arabic linguist)? Some people believe it or not....regardless of intelligence or economic background BELIEVE they should serve their country. The Demokrats don't and will never understand this. I was kicking back in college, bored as hell, parents paying my way when I joined. I wanted something more.... This summer I enlisted the son of a local lawyer here in town. He was involved in the theatre at the school (both directing and acting). The kid had everything he wanted and was on his way to his degree in college. The war was going on and despite his liberal, dope smoking, theatre buddies that can't wait to move to Canada (this is no lie...he told me that's what they talk about) telling him how stupid he was to go fight Bush's war...He enlisted. He amost maxed the ASVAB test and instead of enlisting to be a rocket scientist or something he enlisted for Airborne Infantry and now is in Special Forces school and from what I hear just kicking ass on a daily basis. This guy could do anything he wanted for the most part and chose his country over his personal comfort. To John Kerry....Just two words. F*CK YOU!
