President Bush will headline a "Kansas Victory 2006 Rally" scheduled to begin at 6:20 p.m. at the Kansas Expocentre. Tickets are free and can be obtained in Topeka at Kansas Republican Party headquarters, 2025 S.W. Gage Blvd., and Ryun for Congress headquarters, 605 S. Kansas Ave., or at seven other locations in the state. Doors to Landon Arena open at 2:30 p.m. and close at 5:30 p.m. in advance of Bush's speech.

Anyone want me to pick up tickets for them?

I find it very interesting that Ryun was running ads not too terribly long ago telling how many times he voted against W and his policies and now he's sucking at the teat once again.

Why do you (often) say that you don't hate President Bush when your words continually inflect that you do hate him.

AS I've actually said, Hate is an emotion I reserve for big things in life and is much too powerful an emotion to waste on someone you don't like.

I don't hate W but I do hold him in low esteem with high disdain. Plus I truly do believe he's an idiotic puppet of some VERY bad people.

He makes it easy to poke fun at him but I don't hate him.

Because someone who's distanced himself from the policies of the current administartion is a lot closer to losing his seat than even I had hoped.
