| I saw something this morning about Rumsfield being charged, in Germany, for the mistreatment of prisoners. I'm a bit concerned because I guess I'm just not understanding why. Are they charging that Rumsfield PERSONALLY ordered the mistreatment? If so then I understand, but if they are just trying to hold him accountable for the actions of soldiers, then I've got a real problem with this. I think it was Kennedy that made the remark after winning the house of "We have unfinished business." Definitely someone with a chip on their shoulder looking for revenge.
