| Help me understand..... Do they 'use' water (thereby using it up) or do they use the water in their process and turn it back via sewage? If the latter, can they be forced to purify the water and return it to the source? Are they going to use a skilled labor force or will they pull from the same pool as XL? Labor factors may be a huge decision in where they locate - wages are very high even for unskilled labor on either coast, where the water would be more readily available. The good thing is that it will be another employer. The bad thing is that they'll probably use up the natural resources and "import" more unskilled laborers.

| Most of the water will be lost from evaporation. Steam lost from heating. Cooling water lost from evaporation. ICM sends in their own crew, uses their own suppliers, and normally--none is local. |

| These kinds of plants are HIGHLY automated and are generally run by teams of about 8 people per shift. They are specialized jobs though.

| Well, the good, is that it will use grain from farmers. And they can feed the spent mash back to the cattle in the feed lots. More available alcohol means less dependence on crude oil. However, if you study the situation, you actually use more energy in production of the alcohol than you really save by consuming the product. Anything we can do to lower dependence on foreign oil is good, but there are limitations. |

| Feedlots aren't interested in the mash. It is ok for milk cows.
