| Do you really think he's still driving?...... doubtful.......... after all he's in a "sickbed"............ I'm a nurse - what is a sickbed?........... what 's the legal discription of a sickbed?....... must be unable to get up, get dressed, and face the jury ............... interesting........... wonder how long he's been in a sick bed........... if he's immobile and unable to drive and enjoy the life he has - that's punnishment enough I figer.......... but if it's a temporary thing.... he otta be out there doin some public service of some sort. Just cause you are old and "hollow" doesn't mean you should be excused. Course I do have a family member that I could see this same type of event happenin........ try gettin that person off the street........... not a chance.

| It was during that time and because of that incident that I began my driving duties for my Mother.... It hasn't been easy but neither would a similar incident....

| So he's in a "sickbed" and can't get to court......so does that mean he can drive again after he gets well? I'm not getting the full picture. Just for now, he's sick? Or he'll be confined to a "sickbed" forever?

| I think his family probably took care of the car business......... He could be in a state of dementia for all we know. - News reports don't cover anything but just enough to get ya rattled.......... I leave justice to the courts here and God later.
