West Earp is officially Highway 400 but it will become a city street when the southwest portion of the "D-C Beltway" is completed. It's my understanding that the work is State funded but city managed. The city bought the additional right-of-way.

Exactly right, mitUSA....The City won't be out any additional money, but it will no doubt take time because the bond company will be very selective about who finishes the job ($$$). Undoubtedly the low bid was a teeny bit too low!!!

That, and they ran into alot of problems with things not being as "assumed"!

I would bet money that they are not bankrupt. It's more than likely just another rumor that Dodge loves sooo much.

They were not here working last week because of the weather. There is no truth to the rumor that they have filed bankruptcy. In fact, they are a finincially strong company.

I cqnnot find any information on them filing any bankruptcy either, but if they want to get done by June,they best get busy!!
