ON that note, how well do you know HIllary? What would or wouldn't she do for the country? What are her platforms?

Well lets see - so far I have heard her say she is "for" - civil unions, affordable Rx plan under medicare, Affordable health insurance (in an effort to decrease the uninsured), she wants troops back in Afghanistan focused on the re-escalation of violence, she wants Iraq to stand on it's own 2 feet, she wants to support the military with adequate equipment and training, she wants an open dialoge with citizens, that's about all I know of what I heard her say..............

Ya know, Tex.......some folks are just not going to vote for a women to run the show..........good, bad or otherwise. Hillary could be the most qualified, most experienced, most sensible.....some men are just not gunna do it.

In addition, I too prefer to listen to the candidates. I'm a Liberal but have always admired John McCain......

This dialog just goes to show you that Republicans are gunna vote Republican, Democrats are gunna vote for Democrats, and the Independants just get screwed!

I like John McCain too! I also like Rudy G....... McCain I must admit just has a twinkle in his eye that makes me think he's thinkin long before the question is asked... that's not a bad thing but just sumthin I think is intesting to me - he seems to have a face folks feel they can read............... I can't wait for this election circus to really begin.......... I wanna hear, read, see them all - no matter what thier party line is.............. I know there are plenty that just won't vote for a woman and there are too many women that will vote for her cause she is a woman.......... both those stances are the stance of an idiot..................... IMHO

Thes are things she wants but the ? is...how. Affordable health insurance is something MOST people want but HOW will that happen? Does that mean giant tax increases or does it mean creating more competition or like Bush proposed, tax cuts for americans that have to pay for their own insurance??? EVERYONE wants Iraq to stand on their own feet but what is her plan to see that through? HILLARY CLINTON does NOT want to open dialogue with citizens...trust me on that one. IN her time as a Senator she will not go to an open forum and just let citizens toss questions at her. Everything is arranged, designed, set up and scripted. If you can find an instance of where it wasn't let me know.

Personally, I think that John McCain did more REAL damage to the Republican party, with his gang of 14, than anything that has happened in a long while. He may be a republican by name, but not by deeds. He is by no means a conservative, and nor is Rudy. No REAL conservative has stepped up, and I don't see one in the wings. There appoarch is " The Middle of the Road", meaning that they have no real direction in there thought process, or I just want to be loved by everyone, or as Rodney, says " Can't we all just get along".

I agree with you on the McCain deal. He needs to go sit next to Joe Lieberman. LOL Actually Brownback our own guy from KS is pretty F'n conservative....TOO Conservative to be elected. He's one of those ID in schools fools. Will have no national credibility.
