Heard today that the new owners closed the store for good. Here is an article that I have found. Also heard a couple of interested parties have looked into leasing it.

By the way, I filled up at Flying J yesterday at $1.83. It was $1.96 and up most other places. Also, noted that diesel was $2.24 there, while it is $2.47 and up most other places. It is about time that someone put a shake up in the "monopoly" of our local "controllers of price"!~

You must have got there before the price change, I drove by yesterday afternoon and it was at $1.85. Still cheaper than everywhere else, Love's is the only one close at 1.87.

Well, they must have used up all the OLD GAS, as the price this afternoon was up to $1.93 at Flying J!!
