I agree with you there but "the system" is set up to favor the incumbant and if you don't have a few million then you don't have a chance in any race which is sad...

I heard that this Presidential election might cost $1 Billion!! That is just too much in my opinion. They should have a cap on the amount they can spend to campaign.

I read both parties have candidates that are saying they will not take public donations..only private. Why would they do this and what is the advantage? If I donate to JOE CANDIDATE is my money public or private?
