Wel ya got me - I have heard so much about this mess that I didn't "read" the story. I have listened to it daily and never did any agencies report that she would lose her certificate (hope it's for ALL states - not just the state of the crime) Course she probably could go to another country and do fine. Nor has any agency said she will have to registar. All they talk about is no jail time and community service. I understand that the victem is being "protected" but ya know during the "witchhunts" of the 70's in southern California - hell they didnt' even have solid "evidence" and they ruined mens lives for ever. I just don't see the same justice being carried out and I think it's a shame. Our justice system can and should do better for someone who basically says with pride...."yeah - I did it....and?????"

Has there been any mention anywhere about the possibility of the teacher also being a child victim? It's not my field but I'll believe it when someone says that most perps have a history of being child-victims.

The "victim" is being "protected?" Protected from what? The guy will be a hero in his school. He should run for STUCO president while his popularity is high.

Forget about the teacher for a sec; I'm going to ask all the guys to take their minds back to those horny junior high days. You know good and well that this was a dream scenario. Would you have called yourself a victim, or would you have bragged about your conquest to all the guys? Don't even answer, I know the answer.

ya'all are nuts. The kid was probably pretty proud of his conquest - I would imagine it's his parents who are outraged and want him protected. He probably WANTS to tell the world what happened!! I can't imagine that they know she's gonna walk (no prison time) and they still don't want him to testify. Makes me think there's something else going on here. Maybe he has something in his past that they don't want brought up. Could be a child victim or maybe he's broken laws himself and, since it was probably juvie, they don't want it to tarnish a possible college scholarship. Or else, there's a side settlement ($$$) to keep her out of jail.

Yeah im thinking so too. She just brought the Azz and Gas to pay for the he had. Oh and since the "victim" is underaged he might have gotten busted for having 's (Wouldnt want that on his record!) too you know, for the post-coital time when hes trying to convince her that he will call in the morning!
