| I agree too that the teacher should get the same punishment. The law does not stipulate gender, just age. Plus, since she is his teacher that puts her in a position of authority which carries a greater punishment.

| For the record, of course she should get the same punishment. Doesn't mean she's not hot and I wouldn't have jumped at the chance when I was 15. And I would have kept my mouth shut.

| What's with these "activist" judges? Just trying to get the hotties they know who put out in thier court rooms is all. Go to all the trouble of hammering out a plea to get shot down...
