| Hot or not I think there should be equality in the law when a teacher is charged for a sex crime like this or its the media thats guiding things again. What about when you first hear or read about charges being filed and you hear the words "school" and "sex", do you look for a picture to see if its a male to see if he is some creepy looking grub or female teacher to see if shes a hottie? Also it seems that when a male teacher is involved the charge in the media is RAPE and if its a female (especially a decent looking one) the charge is "having sex with an underage" or "contributing to the delenquency"??   |

| I saw an interview with one of the prosecutors and he said they like to avoid dragging the victim through as much BS as possible. The pending intense media coverage was a factor in the plea bargain and he would have preferred some prison time. My take was if the media had left this alone odds are this woman would have done the time. There’s way too much news coverage of stuff like this because we have all the 24x7 news channels and not 24 hours worth of news so stuff gets beat to death. I guess the real life soap operas are more interesting than the made up stuff on “As the Stomach Turns.”
