Maybe they do have a vote or two...I won't mention the names of the honorable Senators from MASS.

Got to help me understand that one there Sarge, seems Al Quida is doing just fine with a Republican President, or have you noticed lately?

Did I just see a news headline where they tried a suicide attack on a base where Cheney was present?

They suicided attacked a base. They didn't even get close the Cheney. I think it was more of a statement or terror tactic than an attempt on Cheney.

The central tenet of the story was the acknowledgement of not finding WMD, since some here want to imply it's just one party saying it.

From a political and invasion standpoint this is different from N. Korea, any number of African/central American countries, Russia? Oh and he did this while he was our ally. Why do you want to kill American servicemen and women over that?

Saddamn needed to be taken-out...
This is any different than Mr. Bush now? or any number of world leaders past and present?

I don't grasp at straws, I posted the first non-audio link I found on a republicans acknowledging there were no WMD after all. I did not post the link in context to anything else. As the super searcher you are, you know you can find other links saying the same thing rather easily.

I just saw or heard something on it without getting the details and was wondering what the story was. Thanks

But see, under the Republican adminstration they are still losing people and operating in fear. If one of their leaders uses a cell phone he can almost bet that will be his last call. We are taking finding their weapons cache`s almost as fast as Iran can supply them....If the Dems take over we can pull out of Iraq and Al Quida can stretch their legs out, relax and follow us here.

Your post contradicts a report from the administration saying Al Queda is showing signs of regroup and strengthing. Then again, you do have your countries mixed up. It's Afghanistan and Al Queda that is the issue there. Then again a strong case could be made Iraq was never really about terrorism. I think Mr. Bush's pre-2006 election stumping about keeping oil out of terrorists hands would be a clue.

Speaking of which, how has the situation in Afghanistan been the past few years?

There'd be a few thousand write-ins for Dumbya.
AL Kaaaada currently has all it needs.
They know if it was up to D, we'd be there supplying them w/ fresh victims and newly printed greenbacks for years to come..

Oh yea, mission accomplished..

Nice links 'ya posted spiker.

Lemme see if I got this right.....

We supposed to surrender the control of oil production to Iraq's government and then stand offshore with our little hoses waiting for a fill up...? Yup, that'll work.

As for dividing Iraq into 3 regions..... That will work almost as good as pouring the entire population into a blender and pressing 10..... I surely don't see any other way to get them to mix.

Always good to hear from you Spike.

Now about these links, I don’t know about Asia Times Online but the article came from Foreign Policy in Focus - A Think Tank Without Walls where there’s lots of far left anti-Bush stuff. Looking around the second link I found this thing about Lynching Saddam that came from The Cat's Dream - Home Page which is a far left blog.

Now if I posted right wing equivalents of that stuff I’d be laughed off the board by other right wingers.
