Why'd you send your weather up here??

Hubby's gone all week and THIS week, the weather decided to turn nasty. We have YOUR weather here! Why'd ya send it? I left Lees Summit about 5:20. By the time I got home right after 6, there was lightning and all kinds of nasty lookin' clouds, Before I could even get my jammies on, it started hailing - dime to quarter size. Well, my car's in so I guess I have nothing to worry about as long as the electricity don't go out!! They say we're in for a good 24-hour storm. Yuk. Ya shoulda kept it there. Shame on you!

Oh, yeah - the stupid dog won't "go" outside in the rain. What a princess!

I saw where you were getting quite a few tornadoes in the Eastern half of the State. By the way, Lurker doesn't know when to come in out of the rain, maybe he can give your doggie some pointers!!

Hope you weathered the weather!! I found out I got some siding damage to my house from the other night - just another payment to a fine DC business!! It's still better than painting anyday!!!

Did the dog explode??? I used to put mine out and just close the door and curtains. They go eventually just like kids with sleep. Leave em alone long enough and they do the deed!

She didn't explode, but she was a huge pain in my a$$! She did "go", but I had to stand outside on the porch so she would actually put her jeweled paws on the wet concrete. An' it was COLD out there!! She paid me back by sleeping in the bed with me and kept me warm!

I AM an old meanie. The last week or so has been rough. 2/3 of my staff is under 30, with half of those under 25. I hate that! The youngsters think of work as a social outing. So, during the day I get to rag on these 'kids' and put up with their back talk and during the evening, I have to put up with the princess. I'm glad Hubby is back home. She doesn't pull that crap when he's around.
