Iran is having problems from the inside. If the U.N. (being the paper tiger that it is) can slap some sanctions on Iran and turn up the economic heat maybe the little shi*head of a leader will chill out....there are a lot of things going on behind the scenes with Iran..

Yes, the military is totaly tied up with military actions in two different countries. It just so happens however that those two countries are the ones bordering Iran to the east (afghanistan) and the west (iraq). Now, I am not saying that we have already planned for this option, but *cough*... we planned for *cough* this option.

I've said it here on DodgeBoard and also on the prior 'bored' that the goal was for US to be in a position to place & keep a boot to Iran's neck.
