Student Slaying Suspect To Remain Jailed For 'Safety'

HOUSTON -- A man suspected of killing his ex-girlfriend and destroying her body will remain jailed to protect him, KPRC Local 2 reported Monday.


Timothy Wayne Shepherd, 27, was charged with murdering 19-year-old Tynesha Stewart, who disappeared on March 15.


Investigators said Shepherd confessed to strangling her, dismembering her and then burning her body on a grill at his northwest Harris County apartment complex.


Just a small expample of a relationship gone bad - if this don't scare ya into stayin away from obsessive folks - nuthin will! The last thing he deserves is anyone thinkin bout his "safety" - schmuck!

they mean he's suicidal - it's so he doesn't do himself in - there are those that ya just need to give the drugs to - let them self administer and save us the $$ and time of a long drawn out trial. Let him go while his guilt is good and solid - by the time he gets to court he'll be sayin it was HER fault and SHE begged for it................. Schmuck! who otta just be a dead schmuck. Let God forgive him cause I don't think anyone else can. This girl had such promise, such plans, she just outgrew him and he couldn't stand it.

Where were the neighbors during the burning? The smell of burning human flesh is instinctual. Nothing like it and very repugnant.

They called it in, cops went to the apt and apparently he said he was cooking for a wedding. Cops even saw the "meat" defrosting in the bathtub. He was cookin on his little apt patio so the BBQer was probably an Old Smokey. The cops feel that since we have so many cultures in the area - whose to say what they eat. Really wierd developments goin on. They had already questioned him about her dissapperance when they were called and for some reason - "reasoned it away"

This just keeps gettin stranger by the hour! I persoanally think he dumped her and tried to cook her but a BBQ aint' no creamatorium - it just ain't that easy to burn a body. I'll post the newest tomorrow. For now it seems that Quanell X (local X con activist - muslim) is coaching him. Yet they are calling for the search. The sherrifs office I think they want him tried on circumstancial evidence which is all they will have if they don't find a body part. They won't find that if they don't look. Just a really wierd story! Even for down here. Oddly the family says don't look for her. They feel there isn't enough of her left to warrent the search of the land fills. It costs bout $7 a ton to sift a landfill.

It costs $38.00 a ton to dump in Ford County's landfill and only $10 in Finney County's. It doesn't take much math to realize why the commercial trash hauler's drive west.... but that's a different topic....

Ive been following this on the A&M forums, Stewart was an Aggie freshman and the niece of Dallas Cowboys defensive back Aaron Glenn and Minnesota Vikings linebacker Jason Glenn.

Yes she was - I just am so horrified by the whole event and the turn of events that I didn't even include the bio. I expect a Jeffery Dahmer statement just any day. Ya just can't believe anything this dude is sayin now - he has said so many wierd things. I do know it's just not that easy to lose a body.

Hell even the idiot that chopped up his nieghbor in Galveston couldn't lose that old man's body to the crabs. How can this be happening? Surely there is something - like a chainsaw, a hatchett, some hair, some pieces of skin, something around his houuse which I'm guessing was the crime scene. Even some residual in the bathtub. I don't think they even have the BBQ pit - course they haven't said but sure seems if ya want the community to support not lookin - there should be something for a first degree charge that isn't just based on circumstancial evidence.

Course ya need to respect the desire of the family as well and since the family isn't pushing for the search then I'm guessing the investigators feel they have all they need to secure the conviction they seek. Perhaps the family feels there has been enough trauma -
