Your quick research is very poor Bubba. Also her ultimate goal was the creation of a thourghbred race of white anglo-saxons.

Also what in the heck do you think Eugenics and Birth Control is? Yeah it involves pulling out and prevention of pregnancy, but it also includes destruction of human life via abortion.

Sure some of them do, and that's what is scary.

I also want to say I feel the same about the other side of extremist philosophy, the amount of FUD that is released by both sides sometimes makes you ill. Except for the most part I find that most left-wingers go unchecked alot of times and thus wallow in there attempts at misrepresenting facts(IE: Wordies not giving the whole story on Bennet's quote). While a right-winger is strung up and lynched if he even farts something uncouth.

1) Are you actually saying that the supreme court can't change rulings as culture and technology change and challenge new, unthought-of aspects of the constitution?
2) Stare decisis is still in existance. The legality of abortion has not been significantly challenged. It is still legal. The only thing that changed is that there is now one less technique available for doing the procedure. I'd say their decision, given the much harped-upon conservatism of the bench, is PROOF of stare decisis.

You call my research poor! I would call yours poor when you choose your sources from a radical religious website like armyofgod.com and a website by catholics. We all know what the catholics think of contraception so their hatred of somebody that promotes it doesn't surprise anybody. It is easy to twist eugenics into something nasty when you use the nazi's as an example. They twisted it into something to fit their needs and wants. If you want to use the nazi's as a source and call it good research. Maybe you need to take a step back and find out what your true motives are.

Keep in mind that overturning Roe v Wade will not stop abortions; women were going to back alley clinics before it was legal, and they'll continue to go there if that's their only option.

Making abortions illegal won't solve the REAL problem; affordable access to contraception; providing education on preventing unwanted pregnancies;
teaching boys, as well as girls, that they have a responsibility in preventing pregnancy, either by abstinence or by using birth control. Shouldn't just be up to the girl to make sure there's some contraception being used.............

You can attempt to legislate morality all you want. The only thing that will truly make a difference is personally investing yourself in the lives of those around you.

I do believe that's where the "religious right" screwed up.
