Personally I do not care where people went to college at as long as they are competent. If they are competent fine, if not don't let the door hit ya where there good lord split ya.

I would guess that this 150 is a really a bloated number, and I wouldnt be surprised if they werent all hired by the administration but get credited to the administration for selling rights. Considering that an administration has about 6000 employees, and the federal government employs millions and millions 150 is really a low number.
