| OK OK.....I'll take a stand on how I REALLY feel - I feel that target practice should be at a range - not in your back yard.....It angers me when kids go shoot birds for practice. Respect for firearms should include the "proper" way to practice. This kid shouldn't have a firearm in his little sticky hands - he's proven himself not to be mature enough to even have a BB pistol - let alone a rifle. Plus WHERE was the parent......in the outhouse???.....come on - outhouse, stray shot, family camp.........my guess is the parents, responsible adults were in the house - not payin attention to the kids......Ya shouldn't take kids hunting until they are ready....this kid WAS NOT ready by any means - course neither was his parents.
