| I can see that - he has no choice buut to plead insanity - and if he didn't "plan" on killin her then it's a crime of passion. I'm sure he feels he loved her so much he couldnt go on without her but at the last moment went with the - I can't go on if you are here and not with me- theory. Lets see I never meant to hurt her I didn't even know the gun went off I only wanted to love her she was everything to me blah blah blah Men!!!.................... I think every man ought to be just a little scared of women the way women are just a little scared of men. That's probably what has kept me alive all these years! God knows I have pissed some off enough to wanna kill me and there were a couple that looking back makes me think they could!!................. guess it pays to be a bitch!

| I was wondering if there were updates as well. I personally didn't know her, but My hubby knew her brother who got killed in a car accident. They worked together. I only knew her from the bank. |

| They said on KSN evening news that he didn't fight charges or hearing or something like that in Colorado and that he should have a court appearance in August on the charges here. That is, if I heard it right on the news. |

| OK, I got it wrong....he waived a preliminary hearing in Colorado and he will face trial in Colorado in August. When he is done in Colorado, he will be brought back here to face the pending charges. |
