you know being the fact that they do phsych eval on the police they sure missed the fact hat he had some pretty angry songs on his myspace I f***ing hate you
angry again
etc....

seems to me they missed that because you dotn just pick those type of songs because you like the music regardless he had issues and the choice of music songs told a story as soona s i saw the music selection i could see it that he wasnt right either from this short lived relationship or from another one that got to him and he snapped in this one but still it was rigth in their face but you never see it until it is too late

You can't judge someone from a myspace page. I know what your thinking but you are talking a myspace page. We are still in America ......... right? All are signs that point to issues but ya just can't go around judging folks by what you read on the internet. As frustrating as it may seem there is a reason why our judicial system works the way it does. It's not perfect but it's worked for a long time and it will work with this guy too. It's not illegal to "have issues". Lots of crazy folks out there!

absolutely tex but if you can spot the issues before they get to big maybe somewhere somehow a person could be saved but those were very specific songs regarding a broken relationship very hateful

Hey is that a usual bond for murder? Is it higher cause he ran? I don't know what the usual bond is but I bet he has at least $7500 in assests or would that be 75,000.

if you are a flight risk your bond is set higher to discourage flight and i doubt he gets cash surety on this here or in Colorado plus with him being an officer of the law and suppose be held to a much higher standing in the eyes of the community he swore to protect i doubt he even gets it lowered at his next bond hearing good but its still a shame another state had to let us know he was the prime suspect and a warrant had been issued in kansas. BUt most bonds are set above your means until they can get another bond hearing where it gets lowered FYI

Well this is our news of the day - his bond is 50,000 - he was at the scene and reloaded............. so perhaps 75,000 is a fair bond. Altho our mom that tried to cut off her baby's genitials got a 100,000 bond............ wierd ain't it?
