I look at it like this; if Youthville did what they should have done, than DCPD would have not hired him. Woulda coulda shoulda, your right it is all in the past and nothing can be done about it now; however, I can't sit back and keep my mouth shut, everyone in DC knows that is not me! Why should I? I feel Youthville acted poorly in this matter and I am going to fully critisize them for it, I have that right. Maybe by my actions, being on this board publicy discussing this for everyone to see, this won't happen again! I really loved working there, and all staff there are really good people who do very hard work and good with those kids, just like DCPD. When that happened back then there were a few who knew the truth and were like....Why is he still here?? Why is he working with the girls now?? WTF??? Some of us were in total shock. Gave me a bad taste of the company. So anyway to make a long story short, I will give my story and if you dont like it...TOUGH. Radio thanks for your story by the way.

I think with an investigation going on that KBI would be interested in past history left uninvestigated. It may show a pattern of behavior and aggression. Altho I don't see much aggression in an 18yo goin with an older guy. It was her plan to do that before whe was 18 it sounds like. I understand the fact she was a minor when it started but ya gotta have a willing victim. Sounds like she was willing but not for the prosecution.

Still Poots - I would call the KBI - if the guy killed someone (which they say he has) then how he got to the killing stage is just as important as the actual killing. It's all a pathway to distruction and it's better to offer the info than to leave it here on a "rumor board" They aren't gonna come look for you - if you feel passionate enough about what you say then do something with it. Just because you don't get what you see as "just" action doesn't mean it wasn't utilized. That's what "doing your best" is all about. It's not about whether they used your info or not - it's about knowing you did what you thought would be helpful and useful. The rest is up to them

Hey Tex I know the victim was 18 and was 17 when this started happening; however, he was a youthcare worker and this girl's role model...does that justify his actions her being 18??? Hell no it doesn't. The other girls were 15 and 16. Those are the ones I know about. My guess there are many more. In fact, if I remember right, I believe he had a gf in Oklahoma or somewhere that died as well, or her dad died. Something like that. Bottom line is THIS GUY IS SHADY!

Good for you! Don't worry bout what folks say - you could possible do some good and ya know what - it might make you feel better bout knowin what you know. If you don't share what you know then you can't complain bout how it's handeled. I believe in "snictchin".......... course I know that like I said - I might not see how and where my info is used but that one little piece from me might lead to how the whole thing was wrapped up and justice served. Snitchin in my book is telling on someone for doing something that you do as well, just to get your ass out of a mess or in trouble. That is a snitch in my eyes. Hypocrite.

Snitchin - as it is today is talking to law enforcement about what you know............ it's NOT what you are discribing.

That's the problem........ there are entire communities that don't talk to Law enforcemtnt - then they wonder why the crime rate in thier communities are out of control, why there are muders in thier community, etc. They fear reprisal they say - but then they picket and protest when crime and bangers rule thier community.

monster the bands isnt the issue its the specific song selections tht all pertained to the same thing. SO dont misconscrue the the type of music with the selection of music songs I myself also listen to the same music as you but when I was at my lowest I also noticed the same type of songs were more driven tome and they were mostly about hate. When I hear the same songs now the meanings are different and they are just that songs and music. When you hit a low point the same music has a different affect so admit it or not his selections of SONGS says alot now that he has done what he has done.
