We have to find NEW ways to tax, cause we have to support ALL of new neighbors from the south. Taxing butt-wipe would be just another way to take money from the rich and give to the poor. It's Harry & Nancy, robbing hoods of the dems. Hell, Hill came out and said it yesterday. We must endure.

Eek! I heard this a couple of years ago, but it turned out to be a hoax (thank God). Guess they're losing enough postage income to Fed Ex and UPS and electronic mail that they have to find a replacement somewhere! It'll take more than they earn to judiciously apply the tax.
