I think it is quite ridiculous myself. I am with Shapirro on this one. I know people who have been arrested numerous times and still are running the streets. Yes she messed up, but I have to go with the Sheriff here. House arrest is fine if you ask me. That is punishment for someone like her, who has to be in clubs and such. She gets paid for party hopping. I believe she gets $100,000.00 a party? I think that is what I heard. She is losing all that money, plus she has to stay home. Paris can't handle that. I don't like the girl and what she represents, but I don't see why everyone is making such a big deal out of this. Everyone wants to know why she is famous, well hell, I wonder why! Have you seen all the attention she receives? Quite sad.

While she was on house arrest for that day or so she had a mobile tanning company come over so she could hkeep her tan up.

She broke the law and then broke it again. She thinks the rules don't apply to her because of her money.

if you get probation and then you f*ck up while on probation you deserve whatever you get. The judge gave you a chance and you spit on him.

Jay has a way of putting things in perspective. I feel bad for Paris. But only because she's too stupid to know that 1. She did something illegal, 2. She should be punished for it, 3. Judges don't like to be second-guessed. She doesn't appear to have Brain 1. Maybe the judge went a little far - after all, most of his other cases are probably house arrest. But she disrespected him and that's gonna cost her. One of these days, people will learn - but probly not in Hollywood.
