Chris Benoit and family dead.

For those who are wrestling fans who may not know this yet, the Chris Benoit family was found dead sometime Sunday. Those doing the investigating are saying that Chris (40) his wife (40) and son (7) were all found dead on Sunday. Also, they saying that it looks as if it may be a murder--suicide. It seems that the wife and son were killed early Saturday, and Chris's death occured late Sunday. No other details were given as of today.
I know my son YWS found this out Sunday evening when wrestling was suppose to air but did not due to a memorium being held by the wrestling association. I could tell that this had gotten to Matt, as he has watched wrestling before he could walk or talk! He really liked Chris Benoit and I could tell how much this impacted him, but tried to not show it. Did not work. Been around him from birth till now! I tried to tell him that sometimes things happen in this world that can not be explained, let alone understood. I told him to pray for all of them, and to keep his love of the "Sport"!!? And to try to understand what happened, but to understand that there was no understanding of what or why this occured. May God grant them all peace.

The Associated Press are saying that Beniot himself is to blame and that they are investigating steroids as the cause.

Now I'm confused!?!?! You say your son found out Sunday evening, but this is what was said in the AP article that dustinwadams5 posted a link to...

The bodies were found Monday afternoon in three rooms of the house, off a gravel road.
Benoit's wife, 43, was killed Friday in an upstairs family room, her feet and wrists were bound and there was blood under her head, indicating a possible struggle, Ballard said.
The son, Daniel, was probably killed late Saturday or early Sunday, the body found in his bed, Ballard said.
Benoit, 40, apparently killed himself several hours and as long as a day later, Ballard said. His body was found in a downstairs weight room, his body found hanging from the pulley of a piece of exercise equipment.

All those drugs and steroids finally blew his fuse. I feel bad for his family. Why a person would kill his own flesh and blood is beyond me.

Not sure why they held a memorium for the animal.....he brutally killed his wife and child...he's an animal. He did the right thing by hanging himself...saved the tax payers some money. If you want to grieve for someone do it for the wife and young child's life he took away but not for the animal...

I’m hearing talk the guy might have been out of his mind from the prescription steroids and maybe some of the other legal drugs he took. Might be a good idea to hold off judgment until the coroner’s report is released.
